This website is operated by White Corner Group Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to White Corner Group Pty Ltd. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. These Terms set forth the conditions under which you may use our website and services. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, change, or modify any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Orders and Payment

1.1. By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product at the price specified, including any applicable delivery charges.

1.2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

1.3. All orders are final once confirmed. We do not accept cancellations or modifications after an order has been placed.

1.4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

2. Order Processing & Tracking Orders

2.1. Order Processing

- Customers will receive an order confirmation email with details of their purchase and estimated delivery time.

2.2. Tracking Orders

- Customers will receive a tracking number to track their order once it has been shipped.
- Tracking information will be provided via email, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their delivery.

3. Production and Custom Orders

3.1. All our products are made to order. Please review dimensions, materials, and product details before placing an order.

3.2. Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

 

4. Delivery Policy

4.1. Shipping Coverage

- We offer nationwide shipping across Australia using third-party courier services.

4.2. Delivery Timeframes

- Delivery time depends on your postcode.
- Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, transport disruptions).

4.3. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

- The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, any additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

4.4. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the customer is responsible for organizing a re-delivery directly with the courier at their own cost.

4.5. Risk Transfer

- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the provided address, regardless of whether the customer is physically present at the time of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. No Returns for Change of Mind

- As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

5.2. In exceptional cases, a placed order may be considered for cancellation.

- A request to cancel an order within 1–2 days of placement is possible only if the item has not entered production and is subject to confirmation by the manufacturer. In such cases, a cancellation fee of $150 will apply.

- A request to cancel an order beyond 2 days from the order date is possible only with confirmation from the manufacturer. If approved, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the order total.

5.3. Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

- If there is a defect with the product or damage during shipping, please send us a photo of the issue next to the packaging, along with a clear image of the shipping label(s) to info@whitecorner.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, along with a brief explanation. We will then assess the situation and either attempt to rectify the issue or send a replacement.

5.4. Resolution Options

- If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping, and the customer has fully complied with the requirements outlined in Section 5.3, we may take one of the following actions:
- Provide a replacement for the affected part, or the entire product.

- Offer guidance on repair solutions, where applicable.

 

6. Product Information & Accuracy

6.1. We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions on our website are accurate. However:

- Product images are for illustration purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.
- Minor variations in color, grain, or finish may occur due to the nature of MDF and plywood materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. White Corner Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

7.2. We are not liable for damage occurring after the risk has transferred to the customer.

7.3. In no event shall White Corner Group Pty Ltd be liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Costs associated with installation or third-party modifications.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

 

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on our website.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Your continued use of or access to our website following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
